Last updated: May 24, 2024
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the services of Solidarity Venture Partners, you accept the conditions contained in these terms. If you do not agree with any point, please contact us to clarify doubts before starting cooperation. Our rules are simple and aim to ensure transparency of actions for both parties.
2. Description of services provided
Solidarity Venture Partners specializes in consulting regarding obtaining funds from the European Union. Our work includes assessing project chances, preparing application documentation, support in the application filling process, and help with settling grants. We do not guarantee the automatic awarding of a grant, as decisions in this area are made by institutions managing programs. However, we commit to the solid preparation of documentation in accordance with the best knowledge and experience of our team.
3. Client responsibilities
As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for providing us with honest and truthful data regarding your company and the planned project. All information provided during cooperation must be in accordance with the actual state. The client also commits to timely transfer of documents necessary for working on the application or grant settlement. Lack of delivery of required information in the designated time may affect the timeliness of our actions.
4. Payments and settlements
The initial conversation about funding possibilities is free. Details regarding remuneration for application preparation and project handling are established individually before starting work. We typically settle on commission principles or fixed rates for prepared documents. All financial conditions are confirmed in writing and do not contain hidden costs.
5. Intellectual property
All application templates, analyses, and business studies created by Solidarity Venture Partners as part of our services are protected by copyright. The client receives the right to use the documentation solely for the purpose of submitting an application to the appropriate institution. Copying, modifying, and distributing our materials to third parties without our written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Solidarity Venture Partners makes every effort to ensure applications are filled out correctly and in accordance with current guidelines. However, we are not responsible for rejection decisions made by state or EU institutions, which result from program policy, budget availability, or the subjective assessment of officials. Our responsibility is limited to diligence in performing the tasks entrusted to us.
7. Termination of cooperation
Each party has the right to terminate cooperation while maintaining the notice period established in the individual contract. In case of resignation, the client is obliged to pay for work performed until the moment of termination. We try to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation at our office in Wroclaw.
8. Governing law
These terms are subject to Polish law. Any disputes resulting from the implementation of services provided by Solidarity Venture Partners will be resolved by the court competent for our company's headquarters in Wroclaw.
